Electroencephalogram (EEG) System
The SAGA portable 64-channel EEG and HD-EMG system (Twente Medical Systems International (TMSi) B.V., the Netherlands) can record up to 64 channels of high-fidelity EEG and/or high-density EMG data using Ag/AgCl electrodes. The system supports both Wi-Fi and optical-fiber data transmission and uses neoprene EEG caps in small, medium, and large sizes, with predefined electrode positions based on the international 10–5 system. In addition to EEG and HD-EMG, the SAGA system can simultaneously acquire bipolar EMG and auxiliary physiological signals, including electrocardiography (ECG), galvanic skin response (GSR), three-dimensional acceleration, and oxygen saturation. The system is suitable for a wide range of research applications, such as neurorehabilitation, fatigue and stress assessment, cognitive workload evaluation, conventional and VR-based driving, smart material-handling tasks, human–computer interaction, virtual reality training, motor-control studies, and multimodal physiological monitoring.
